It's Simple

Depending on your security needs PassWear can be configured with different strengths. Even at its strongest, PassWear is as easy as taking a photo

Buzz for Auth

Strong

As long as your watch is within range, PassWear will grant access to the calling application. A distinct buzz of the watch indicates that an authentication has taken place.

Smartwatch buzzing from authentication

Tap to Auth

Stronger

Even when within range, authentication requires you to confirm that the calling application can be granted access. This is done by tapping the screen or pressing a button on your watch.

Snap to Auth

Strongest

Presenting the wearable to your mobile for authentication engages dual channel authentication. Ensuring that you are in possession of both devices and negating against possible bluetooth only attacks.

It's Strong

Uses two different communication channels, strong cryptography and one time encryption keys for every authentication

Dual Channel

Using both the visible and radio parts of the electro magnetic spectrum for setup and authentication, PassWear makes it incredibly hard for attackers to intercept and mimic.

Cryptography

Both channels use secure open-source crypto libraries, optimised for mobile, to secure communications. Each authentication uses Salsa20, SHA512 and Poly1305 to verify an authentication.

It's Friendly

PassWear can work alongside existing authentication solutions to enhance your mobile security

Pins

Not Passwords

Being used as an additional authentication layer (two step verification), PassWear can help get those complex alphanumeric rotating passwords back to being a friendly four digit pin.

Wearable

Something You Have

Unlike smart cards and fobs, PassWear is designed for mobile. It removes the need for you to carry around single purpose bespoke devices, and instead moves your keychain onto something you're already wearing.

Bio

Multi Factor

PassWear is a simple and transparent authentication layer that works great with biometric solutions to remove passwords and pins completely. Unlike biometric solutions, PassWear can be replaced if lost or stolen.
